Mechanisms for exploiting the financial right of the author in Algerian legislation

Abstract

         This article deals with the author's financial rights, according to the terms of the latter, includes several rights: the right of reproduction, the right to make public communication of the work, the right of adaptation. To exploit these texts privileges or legislative powers on several mechanisms: the assignment contract, publishing contract, the public communication license. This is what I will refer to as what comes later.
