         The increasing importance of Startups in accelerating the algerian national economy has made them the subject of controversy among the masses of jurists, whether economic, legal or even social, hence this research paper to highlight the startup and focus the study on its legal part and reach the determination of its legal nature, as available in Algerian legislation.
