Abstract

   Elections and referendums are the only mechanism through which political regimes exercise power, so they must be subject to oversight in order to achieve legitimacy, which matches the will of individuals. On the other hand, he added a third organ related to the Independent National Authority for Elections, which has a number of specializations and is characterized by a number of characteristics that guarantee its independence, integrity and impartiality.
