The effect of applying sanction on the person who committed adultery

The Islamic law aims behind applying sanctions on people to reform the people from one side and prevent them from committing crimes from other side. it follows a great method to prevent adultery
before it occurred, so it bans all the ways that may lead to it like secret meeting with the foreign woman, looking allurely to woman or to touch her. it adheres to restrict on confirming the crime of adultery to those who witness it; also it assures not to punish the criminal if there is doubt that he didn't do this crime; beside, it stands beside the one where there doubt of doing this crime. whether to set him free or decrease the punishment or post pone it according to the situation that he was in while he is being applied the sanction.
In this lesson I am going to define and discuss the meaning of adultery, and the method that Islamic law follows to prevent it before it happens , beside the reason of the restriction of Islamic law of whether this crime happened or not. more over, the jurist thoughts in the cases that eases the sanction of the adultery crime and the punishment of it.
