The reality of applying Total Quality Management in health companies from the view point of service providers in light of the corona pandemic – A case study of public neighboring health company of Tamanghasset

This research paper aims to set the light on the health aspect in the province of Tamanrasset by knowing the reality of applying the dimensions of total quality management in the public neighboring Health companies, during the period of the Corona pandemic. In order to achieve the study objectives, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to 80 workers , and then processed statistically using SPSS. One of the most important findings of the study is the absence of total quality dimensions in the studied company, where the employees' evaluation of it was relatively low.The study concluded with providing recommendations that would improve activities and operations related to health services.
