Ruling for Subscription to the Housing Contract "AADL 03" A Doctrinal and Fundamental Study

Abstract

The AADL 03 housing contract, legally called (sale with rent), came within the framework of the Algerian state’s efforts to make it easier for citizens to obtain housing, especially disadvantaged groups, and the Algerian legislator has issued the texts regulating it.

Its reality is a lease described in the obligation ending with ownership, with the lease separate from the sale. It is a permissible and permissible contract, complete with the elements and conditions, and there is no doubt in it regarding the origin of the contract, nor the elements of the contract, nor the conditions, nor the implementation.
