The cost of the achieving founder’s intention increases over time compared to the rent of the endowment, but we can achieving a large percentage from that, if part of the Waqf revenue is invested in companies and projects with a significant financial return, provided that they adopt Islamic formulas in their transactions. Investing in venture capital companies is economically feasible and profitable, and it is also the most important source of financing for startups. This article discusses: The legitimacy and feasibility of investing endowment rent in venture capital companies? Through it, we extracted: - The possibility of investing endowment rent in venture capital companies, taking into account the specificity of the endowment and the provisions for investing endowment rent, - The necessity of setting new rules and introducing some amendments to the Algerian law to stimulate the investment of endowment rent in venture capital companies. - Proposing recommendations.Downloads
