The degitization is considered as a major factor to succeed any global health system, and a main engine of the economic and social development; where it leads to develop and ameliorate the type and the quality of the medical services in line with international standards, as well as the guarantee of the service coverage and continuity on the one hand, and provide a safe health care without the slightest risk on the other hand
While the increase in medical errors is considered as a proof of the weakness and fragility of the health system; the digital technology willundoubtedly help to develop and ameliorate the quality and the type of health services in both public and private ones, however it may not be a main solution for the problem of the medical errors, that will remain beset the medical action members especially the patient
