Jurisdiction of the Administrative Court of Appeal of Algiers in cases of cancellation of banking regulations

Abstract

This study focuses on the jurisdiction of the Administrative Court of Appeal of Algiers to hear cases of cancellation of the regulations issued by the Monetary and Credit Council.

Despite the paucity of legal texts on the cancellation lawsuit, by relying on their analysis and linking them to the acquired legal knowledge related to them from the general perspective, there is a legal system governing them, with the need to work on the development of legal texts and the control of translation and analytical intervention.
