The use of artificial intelligence technologies by the legal representative of a legal entity in light of the digitization of the justice sector

The issue of representing a legal person before judicial authorities is a very important issue, in light of the public administration exercising its functions and privileges legally assigned to it. The legal representative derives the status of representation for a legal person from the law, which established an important principle in exempting the state from obligatory representation by a lawyer, leaving it an optional issue for some public departments and institutions. According to the regulations and regulations in force for each sector, this is due to the presence of competencies and frameworks capable of managing the dispute instead of the lawyer, and this would rationalize public expenses. However, practicing this task in light of modern technologies, especially in the justice sector, may result in problems, especially diagnosing the case.
