Customary marriage is one of the Common phenomena in society, exacerbated by a range of legal social reasons, and in order to maintain family stability between spouses and to guarantee the rights of this family in the face of others, it required a set of clear legal and judicial mechanisms to prove it, and this task was entrusted to the judge under the provisions of article 22 of family code, where the judge seeks to monitor the extent to which these informal relations are based on legal bases parallel to public order and public morals.
