Abstract

The study shows that the endowment (waqf) relies on a philosophy centered around the symbolism instilled by the sacred house (bait al haram. Similarly, Muslim endowments, even though their symbolism might be less than that of the sacred House.

The study also discusses the methods and stages of attraction, illustrating how these were shaped by the creativity of the companions and scholars in adapting their rulings to reality. This begins with the famous endowment condition set by Omar, such as the creation of monitory endowments by the Hanafi and The Maliki scholars.

As for stages of attraction, they include collecting and targeting specific groups, as well as leveraging modern technology and media to attract people's ideas and funds, ensuring the continued benefit of the endowment. Finally, the study references example endowment system, such as the Sudanese experience and the Kuwaiti experience with endowment funds.
