The Jurisprudential abstraction Approach of the Erudit Abdur Rahman El Akhdary's "Mukhtasar"

Abstract

Al-Akhdary’s paperback is considered one of the most famous and significate gathered abstracted in Fikh related to worship concerning the Malikit ritual, and it is the most likely accepted and overspread among eminent scholars and religion students, this is due to its easiness and fluency word statements because of short, adding to that, it is characterized by the educational model in teaching. This study came up to show the approach and the method of learning and teaching, adding to this, its contribution in reaching religious sciences through the Al-Akhdary’s method, and also by its effort and, the strongest will of his teaching methods in and the manner in teaching it that he followed in formulating in order to facilitate for the scholars and students to benefit from him.

It becomes clear that the methodology of abstract jurisprudential authorship is an effective approach To simplify the science of jurisprudence for the general public, facilitate its understanding and acquisition, and disseminate it among learners in particular
