Customs seizure, the best procedure for customs inspection

Abstract

Customs crimes are closely related to the activities practiced within the fields that the Customs Administration works to control in the rest of the customs territory, and to ensure the implementation of the various legislations entrusted with their implementation therein. Borders, so we find the Algerian legislator, with the aim of searching for them and arresting their perpetrators, was interested in regulating the controls of the customs seizure procedure, by defining the scope of jurisdiction for those in charge of it and their powers to take some investigation work related to the procedure, which is useful in revealing evidence.
