Despite the successes achieved by the model of an interventionstate led by the state for the project of socialand economic development the global crisisof the seventies years  characterized by the depressionand ressoure look led to a retreatof this  model and its limitations hence the need for the role of the state in the economiy and  reducing this role appeared to benefit the propertiies of thisperception  year to a new management model
