Abstract

In the face of weak moral education and lack of religious consciousness, society renews and destroys families. As a result, the Algerian legislature has found itself compulsory to intervene to protect the family, especially when assaulting incest by spreading acts of obscenity among its members. Therefore, the protection of the family is not limited to civil laws that are concerned with regulating the elements and effects of kinship and determining the rights and duties deriving therefrom. criminal law, which has played a significant role in protecting it in both criminalization and punishment, This has broken many stereotypes in this area, including the Algerian Penal Legislature and some of the comparative legislation of the incest's system of acts committed against them or between them, providing harsh criminal protection by deterring the islands of anyone who begs themselves to commit this heinous act.
