Abstract

The  écompression is considerate as one of the most factors in the national and international  ferrounding  for eliminated the big societies who wants to exclude the efforts of the smallest one .And this is because of the big difference between them even if their humain ; materiel or technology capacities.

Thuf the majority of the world while Algeria to make a balance between them permet the possibility of the union of the smallest societies to from a big economic power able to make a competition but with strict rules which the texts juridics have drawn to avoid the disorder in the markets because of the monopoly which can engendered  for this unity or cognize as the economical compression.
