Human relations in the organization and the role of groups in it

Most modern organizations are interested in studying work groups due to the importance of their role in the performance of work within the organization. Studying work groups and identifying their patterns of behavior and peculiarities is one of the necessities of modern organizations in order to maintain good work performance and maintain the behavior of individuals on an ongoing basis. Constant, where the behavior of individuals differs from their behavior as members of the work group, and therefore before starting to study the group, we must know most of the patterns of behavior and its impact on the performance of individuals working within the organization.
