Analysis of the Level of Organizational Commitment among the Employees of the Algerian Water Company in Ghardaia

This paper aims to identify the level of organizational commitment and its dimensions among employees of the Algerian Water Company in Ghardaïa. It endavours to spot light on the differences in the level of organizational commitment to employees, according to gender and age. To doing so, this research applies the scale of Mayer, Alan and Smith to a sample of 91 employees. The study concludes that the organizational commitment and its dimensions are medium, and that there are no differences in the level of organizational commitment related to gender and age variables.
