The objective of this article is to propose, from a review of theoretical arguments, an original conceptual model of the relationship between the entrepreneur and the intrapreneurial culture in the context of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
It emerges from this contribution that the establishment and development of the intrapreneurial culture by the entrepreneur is based on his choice to remain an entrepreneur, through the actualization of his entrepreneurial motivations, by belonging to the category of CAP entrepreneurs, and by maintaining good, open, flexible relationships with his employees that encourage intrapreneurial practices and acts.
