The field of entrepreneurship in Algeria has garnered significant attention, securing a prominent place within the legal system, particularly in recent years. In order to enhance the legislative achievements that govern this field, Algeria has recently sought to create a favorable environment for the realization of these projects and to formalize them by establishing a legal framework that embraces and covers these projects.
This was effectively achieved with the issuance of the Self-Entrepreneur Law No. 22-23, which constitutes a new legal framework that prioritizes the care and support of self-employment, as it includes rights and exceptional privileges granted to the self- Entrepreneur in addition to the rights established under general legal provisions. This initiative aims to align with other countries in this regard and to respond to the growing demand from project owners for investment in modern technological fields and other sectors dictated by contemporary needs.
