The reality of adopting financial innovation in Algerian institutions

This study aims to present the reality of financial innovation adoption in Algerian institutions by posing the following question: What is the reality of financial innovation adoption in Algerian institutions? The descriptive approach was adopted, and the study concluded that the reality of financial innovation in Algeria is significantly lagging behind. Despite the state's efforts and its attempts to adopt numerous financial innovation tools, it has not yet succeeded in generalizing the adoption of these tools across its various sectors and utilizing them as required.
The study also concluded that it is necessary to develop financial innovation tools, whether services, products, or organizations, and to attempt to utilize them in various fields. It also concluded that various incentives should be created to contribute to the dissemination and generalization of the adoption of these tools.
