International and regional agreements, along with national laws and constitutions, have consistently given significant attention to health. This is because health is deeply intertwined with human life in general, and specifically with our daily activities and functions They didn't just enshrine this in their texts; they also establishing mechanisms for healthcare control and protection, wich was notably reflected in Algeria's most recent constitutional amendment in 2020.
This study aims to clarify that the right to health is guaranteed by international human rights treaties and by the constitutions of various countries, including Algeria. And our most important result is that Algerian constitutions diverge in safeguarding the right to health, consistent with international instruments.
