The attribution of criminal responsibility of the legal person in investment crimes A study in Algerian legislation

Abstract

The role of legal persons has expanded in economic activities. which the investments are one of its appearance. And due to the crimes that emerged as a result of these activities, the issue of attribution of penal responsibility to the legal investor for these crimes arose. The importance of studying this subject appears through the accuracy that characterizes it and the fact that it raises many problems. This study attempts to search for the possibility of attribution of penal responsibility to the moral investor in the Algerian legislation in terms of whether it is carried out according to the general rules. So is this attribution according to special rules, and the possibility of attributing responsibility to the moral investor for intentional economic crimes and the responsibility for unintentional economic crimes?
