Abstract

This study aims, through an analytical view of the Facebook page of a Mahbouba institution, to identify the effectiveness of applying the principles of dialogue communication theory in creating a competitive advantage for the institution. The party of competing institutions to overcome this feature or determine its impact, in addition to that these features are characterized by their short life due to the amazing innovations witnessed in the field of business in our time related to making changes in the product and in the methods of manufacturing and marketing methods, where was the reliance on the content analysis tool, which we focused on the quantitative and qualitative elements associated with the principles of dialogue theory, and perhaps the most prominent results obtained, the endeavor of a Mahbouba institution to achieve interactive communication and dialogue through its Facebook page, which enables it to manage its reputation and build bridges of trust between it and its internal and external environment
