Abstract

This study identifiesthe managerial enablement strategy effect on the employees at the national agency for developing entrepreneurship. The descriptive analytical method has been followed through using an interview survey comprising 30 employees. The study has concluded with results helping the adoptionofthis strategy. The results have proved the existence of a positive relationship between the strategy dimensions and the employees’ performance. The important attained recommendations are: working on applying the managerial enablement strategy peacefully to attain the best results, since it has a positive impact on the employees’ performance, creativity, distinction and continuity, as well as renewing and developing the agency managerial side.
