Algerian state's strategy to promote exports : from economic openness to trade policy in favour of exports outside the hydrocarbon sector

The Algerian state is seeking to promote exports outside the hydrocarbon sector in search of a solution to the problem of economic development and relying on resources other than the supplier of hydrocarbons in the manufacture of its economic policy, and has adopted as part of its strategy plan after going to adopt the principles of the market economy to carry out economic reforms, especially related to foreign trade through the strategy of moving towards economic openness.
In light of the global health crisis, the current government is leading to economic recovery and renewal in New Algeria through a trade policy in favor of exports outside the hydrocarbon sector, and this study aims to analyze and assess the effectiveness of the state's strategy to promote exports outside the hydrocarbon sector .
