E-tourism is one of the most important applications of e-commerce, and this is reflected in e-tourism contracts, concluded between the tourism agency and the tourist, through the exchange of information and tourism services via the Internet. Tourism contracts result in a combination of legal obligations for the tourist and tourism agency, as well as the civilian responsibility of the tourist agency in the event of a breach of its contractual obligations, as they represent the strongest party in this contract.
