Abstract

Respect for the inviolability of private life is a human right for every individual, a right attached to himself and his personality, a right related to his dignity and many materail and moral values. This right has been recognized in the system of most countries ;incliding Algaria, which surrounded this right with constitutional and legal protection against violation that could occur to him either.By researching the secret of a person's private life or by divulging its secrets, the Algerian legislator has also incriminated various acts that violate the sanctity of private life and decides on deterrent penalties for it under the Algarian penal law .

But despit all of this, we have noticed that this deterrence carries with it many faults and shortcomings, which we will try to address and treat through this study.
