Technology transfer agreements are considered the most common and essential legal tool for conducting technological exchanges between developed countries and their developing counterparts. These agreements are not limited to their role in international trade, but also extend their impact to various stages of production, services, information technology, scientific and technical detection, as well as other sectors that are considered pillars of state sovereignty.
These agreements contribute to the transfer of knowledge and technology between countries, thus helping to develop industries and services in developing countries, and contributing to improving the standard of living and the economy in those countries.
Therefore, countries must pay great attention to technology transfer agreements and work to determine the objectives and necessary controls to ensure their full benefit from this type of international cooperation while preserving their economic and technological interests.
