Commercial exchanges have developed around the world, and due to the terrible spread of the Corona virus which caused the prevention of consumers from doing the usual traditional shopping, however, new methods of exchange have been directed towards optimal investment in technology and facilitation of transactions, including electronic commerce, which has increased the pace of commercial exchanges and made it more effective.
This study aimed to shed light on the development of electronic commerce globally in light of the Corona crisis and the impact of the pandemic on the Chinese Alibaba group. In the study, we will rely on the descriptive approach and a case study of the Alibaba Group, which has adapted to the epidemic by relying on electronic commerce. Global statistics have confirmed the recovery of the digital economy and electronic commerce during and after the Corona crisis. Alibaba has proven its superiority over its competitors and it is now leadership internationally.
