Specificities of Cyber-crimes Law Prosecutions

Abstract

This study addresses the question of cyber-crimes criminal prosecution through the examination of several offences committed on the cyber space، they are unknown in the traditional criminal law، hard to discover in comparison with the classical types of crimes، and do not recognize the national frontiers.  That why the legislator is obliged to update the relevant laws according to the cybercrimes features and serves the procedures of judicial inquiries  to struggle against these new types of criminality.
